Patricia Beaumont has worked in the field of performance and operational efficiency consulting for over 25 years. She is a graduate of the École Supérieure de Gestion in Paris and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in International Business Law and Practice (1994). She is also certified Black Belt and Agilist in management strategies (Central Supelec).

Her career began in France, at Renault within the Quality Institute. She deployed the Lean approach to industrial and supply chain operations, then used this experience in the United Kingdom to help improve of the distribution network.

When she returned to France in 2006, she developed a new approach: Strategic Deployment. In addition, she supported management committees in the implementation of their three-year plans. Thus, she created the Lean Management department within the Institute (which became Renault Nissan Consulting in 2008).

At the same time, she took charge of all the firm’s support teams, and applied the tools and methods of operational excellence to their daily work.

In 2016, she took over the worldwide consulting direction of the Lean Service and Management practice at Renault Nissan Consulting. Moreover, she oversaw all Renault Nissan convergence projects.

With her expertise in consulting and training, in 2018, she co-constructed a MOOC dedicated to Operational Excellence for the ESSEC Chair of Managerial Innovation and Operational Excellence (IMEO Chair of which Eurogroup Consulting is a founder).

Throughout her career, Patricia Beaumont has applied her expertise to multiple sectors: Banking, Insurance, Energy, and Industry.

In 2019, she decided to embark on a new adventure by joining Eurogroup Consulting. Her main mission is to develop an Operational Excellence practice with the goal to adapt it to all of the firm’s activities and its ecosystem.

In September 2020, Patricia Beaumont was co-opted as a partner of Eurogroup Consulting.
